If you would like to book our Assessors and van and have a minimum of 3 engineers for our course you are able to place your booking through calendar on website.

  1.  Ample space must be provided for a Mercedes lwb Sprinter van, with a side awning and a coned off area for access.
  2. The vehicle normally needs to be positioned within 10 Metres of a 240 v power electrical supply, but if a further distance is required, please supply the extra Tested extension cables. If you are supplying extra cabling, please make sure that it is visibly marked and it is not placed in such a way to cause trips or falls.
  3. Adequate Toilet and Washing facilities must be made available to candidates within close proximity of the vehicles placement.
  4. It is also desirable to have refreshment facilities available throughout the course duration.
  5. Please (if possible) provide us with a Sketch of your site to include approximate positioning of the van, and also where your fire points are.
  6. This information will help us to assess if there are any possible problems in advance.
  7. A space of approximately 7 Metres x 4 Metres is suitable to place the van with the awning erected.
It may be that our Assessor will need overnight accommodation, if the area he is visiting is over an 80 mile radius from our Registered office. If this is the case, the Assessors accommodation and expenses will vary, dependant upon area and availability, but is normally £100.00 per night. Please enquire about details when booking.
